Form of meetings

Collectively the Committee has experience with video and tele conferencing applications. For the foreseeable future they expect Committee meetings to be held by these means. General meetings will be face to face as health regulations permit, but we will try to involve people who can’t attend by incorporating some capacity for virtual attendance.
